Solar Cells 

Our automated cell processing line is capable of producing one of the largest solarcells available in the industry-150 mm by 150 mm

Square-using multi-crystalline silicon wafer substrates, typically 300 microns thick.  These cells are available in two standard bus bar configurations: a two-bus and a three-bus design. 

The front surface has a blue silicon nitride anti-reflective coating deposited by PECVD.  The front bus bars and back interconnect contacts are screen-printed and fired silver, with widths of 2 mm and 5 mm, respectively.  The back surface has an alloyed aluminum layer, making the back-side positive and the front-side negative upon illumination.

Modules

  We offer a family of  power modules in the 50 watt, 100 watt, and 200 watt sizes.  All of these   modules utilize:

  • Heavy duty, clear anodized aluminum frames to withstand wind loads; black anodized is also available.

  • Tempered low iron front cover glass for improved impact resistance.

  • EVA encapsulation with multi-layer back sheet for proven weather protection; back sheets available in white or blue.

  • High capacity junction boxes with diodes for enhanced fault protection.

  • Quick connect polarized DC connectors for ease of installation-standard conduit connection is also available.

Systems

  A full line of residential and commercial solar systems feature our power modules, SunnyBoy   inverters, UniRac roof mounting systems.  Additional system components include AC and DC   disconnects, and lightning surge arrestors.  These standard systems are available in a wide   range of sizes from 1 to 50 kilowatts.  Specific configurations and sizes can also be designed   to  meet your installation needs.
